Be it resolved th at Finance Report FIN-2025-11, dated October 9, 2025, regarding the 2026 to 2030 user fees be received and; Be it further resolved that staff incorporate any amendments as directed by Council at the Committee of the Whole Meeting held on October 9, 2025; and Be it further resolved that a By-law to adopt the User Fees be brought forward for consideration at the Regular Council Meeting scheduled for October 22, 2025.
