BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receives Planning Department Report 050-S-20-001, dated July 14 th 2021. BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council authorize the execution of a Pre-Servicing Agreement with 9202-1757 Québec Inc./Habitations Robert Inc. for the construction of utilities, roads, and a stormwater pond as defined for Phase I. BE IT RESOLVED THAT that By-law 2021-55 be granted three readings.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Public Works Report No. DRAIN-01-21, dated July 13, 2021, regarding the recommendation to proceed with the proposal of an Engineer’s Report be received and that the Public Works recommends to Council to have Lascelles Engineering & Associates Limited proceed with the preparation of the Engineering Report of the Smith Municipal Drain and pay the amount of $15,190.00 to complete the report. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT By-law 2021-56 will be brought forward for adoption.
