BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council adopt the Engineer’s Report prepared by Robinson Consultants Inc., entitled Engineer’s Report for the Mill Creek Municipal Drain, Amendment and Emergency Work, dated January 2022, which includes Addendum No. 1, dated March 29, 2022, and Revision 1 to Addendum 1, dated April 2022, and give 1st and 2nd reading to the By-law 2022-18 in accordance with Section 78 of the Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990.
